Location: Located in Northern Liberties at Billy Penn Studios. 1516 N 5 st. Philadelphia PA 19122 Suite 309 Unit 11
Parking: Billy Penn Studios provides a parking lot available for clients during weekdays after 5 pm and throughout the weekends. We kindly ask that you refrain from parking in spots designated as reserved. If you have a weekday appointment scheduled before 5 pm, you will need to find street parking. We recommend arriving early to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to locate a parking space. Please note that a late fee or cancellation fee will be charged if we cannot begin your appointment at the scheduled time.
Deposits: Please note that each appointment necessitates a deposit during the booking process. It’s important to be mindful that these deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Lateness:If an appointment is delayed beyond the scheduled time by 10 minutes, a $10 Late Fee will be imposed. Should the delay continue to or exceed 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancelations: To cancel an appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice through the confirmation or reminder emails, or by texting 215-874-8696. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another appointment. Canceling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge equivalent to 30% of the remaining balance. An invoice will be sent via text and will have to be paid before scheduling any other appointments.
No Call No Show: Please be advised that failing to cancel your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of your full-service fee. A temporary ban will be placed on your account and an invoice will be sent via text. The invoice will have to be paid in full before the temporary ban is lifted allowing you to proceed with booking another appointment. Additionally, two instances of not showing up for an appointment without notice will lead to being prohibited from booking future appointments permanently.
Travel: Travel is an additional service offered exclusively for makeup appointments. The price advertised is the minimum rate for travel and is subject to variation based on the exact address of the appointment. To secure your slot, book your appointment first, and subsequently send an email to beasleyamira@gmail.com with the precise address to check availability and rates for travel. In the event that travel is not feasible and you have already booked, the price will be deducted on the day of your appointment.
Safety: As part of the booking process, it’s mandatory to upload a photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, school ID, or work ID. Any other form of identification will not be accepted. Inability to disclose your identity will result in cancellation of the appointment. Please wear a mask while attending lash and brow appointments. For the safety of both parties, kindly complete all intake forms truthfully and accurately.
Here is a list of guidelines to follow:
Please do not bring any extra guests such as children, family, or friends.
During services, kindly avoid using your phone for conference calls, zoom meetings, or other similar activities.
Prior to your appointment, please ensure that you arrive as picture-ready as possible.
For lash extension services, ensure that you arrive with clean lashes free of makeup or false lash glue.
Avoid drinking water or caffeinated beverages before your lash appointment.
Please read and answer the intake forms accurately and honestly.
Refills are considered only if 40% or more lashes are still present, and the appointment is booked and completed within the appropriate time frame (2-3 weeks). Refresher sets are available for sets that still have 40% retention are are booked and completed within a 4-6 week time period.
If there is excessive fallout within 72 hours of your appointment, touch-ups are free of charge. Please email beasleyamira@gmail.com to schedule a touch-up appointment and include pictures of the fallout. Refunds will not be administered due to this policy.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate cancellation.
